Helen Branson (DO, FSCC)

Helen Branson (DO, FSCC) graduated from the British School of osteopathy (BSO, now University College of Osteopathy) in 1985 and has undergone post graduate study in Naturopathy, Cranial Osteopathy, Western Medical Acupuncture, Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), a member of The Institute of Osteopathy, a Fellow of the Sutherland Cranial College, and a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine . Being a Fellow of the Sutherland Cranial College means that she is one of just a few in the UK to have reached a high level of competency and learning in the cranial osteopathy field.

Suzanne Pollock, BSc (Hons)

Suzanne Pollock, BSc (Hons) graduated from The College of Osteopaths in London in 2001 and has since worked in general practice in Newark, Sleaford and Stamford. She works with all musculoskeletal problems and has a special interest in Sports injuries having worked with several triathlon clubs. She is also a qualified veterinary osteopath, having studied for her post grad cert in Vet Ost with Stuart MaGregor in Oxford. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of The Institute of osteopathy.

Norma Bald

Norma Bald is a personal diet consultant working with the Cambridge Weight plan to support each step of your personalised weight loss plan. In her words “After trying many diets, Cambridge Weight Plan worked for me. Not only did I lose my weight but for the first time I kept it off too, I then became a Consultant. My biggest thrill is to see my clients lose weight and gain confidence just as I did. My passion is weight loss with the The 1:1 Diet and helping my clients achieve their goals - large or small, I am here to help YOU”

Alexander M Jamieson (D.Hyp, PDCHyp, PDCBHyp, MBSCH)

Alexander M Jamieson (D.Hyp, PDCHyp, PDCBHyp, MBSCH) is an experienced Hypnotherapist and has been in practice since 2003 treating clients in the Midlands, and in Stamford since 2005. He studied and qualified at the prestigious London College of Clinical Hypnosis and is a full member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis which exists to ensure that all their members have undergone the correct training and abide by a strict code of ethical practice. 


Treatment consists of a variety of techniques including Classical Hypnotherapy {analytical/suggestion} Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing and elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Reiki can be included with the therapy if required.

Helen Shardlow BSc, MSc, MNIMH

Helen Shardlow BSc, MSc, MNIMH Helen graduated from the University of East London with a BSC(Hons) in Herbal medicine and is a member of the National Institute of medical Herbalists (MNIMH) ensuring a high standard of practice and knowledge. As a specialist in Personalised medicine she has a particular interest in stress and hormonal issues. Helen has a Masters degree in Ecotoxology which examines the impact of environmental toxins on organisms and ecosystems.


Helen enjoys leading herbal workshops and health talks to help clients achieve optimum health through therapeutic herbal remedies, lifestyle changes and ownership of their health.
